The catalytic converter I bought is not the one my car requires. Can I return it?

Products may be returned within 45 days after receiving it, if the product:

• Has not been used.
• Is in perfect condition.
• Is returned in the original packaging and contains all its accessories.

Before returning the product, please fill in the form you can download here and send it along with the purchase invoice to the following email address [e-mail], so that Kat Europe can send a carrier within 3 days of receiving the request.

The refund for the product will be done by the same means of payment the purchase was made within 15 days of receiving the product at the Kat Europe facilities.

If the reason for your return does not concern the service provided by Kat Europe, transport costs will not be refunded.
