How to return an order?

Products may be returned within 45 days of their receipt if the product:

• Has not been used.
• Is in perfect condition.
• Is returned in the original packaging and contains all its accessories.

Before returning the product, the return form should be filled and sent with the purchase invoice to the following email address [e-mail], so that Kat Europe can send a carrier within 3 Days of receiving the request.

The refund for the product returned will be made by the same means of payment the purchase was made within 15 days of receiving the product at the Kat Europe facilities.

If the reason for the return is outside the service provided by Kat Europe, the amount for the transport will not be refunded.
